Where are therapy sessions provided?

We offer therapy in a variety of settings depending on your family and child's needs.  Currently. we offer sessions in your home, within the community (e.g., daycare, school, park, library), or virtually when available. We believe children often learn best when therapy is connected to the environments where they communicate every day.

How often will my child need therapy?

There is no one-size-fits-all answer. Recommendations are based on your child's strengths, goals, age, and individual needs, as well as your family's priorities and schedule. Together, we'll develop a plan that supports lasting progress.

How much do services cost?

Our standard fee for speech-language pathology services is $160 per hour. Fees are based on the time required and may vary depending on the type of service provided, such as assessments, therapy sessions, meetings with schools or other professionals, or report writing. For mobile services, an additional travel fee of $20 per session applies. We'll always discuss recommended services and associated fees with you before getting started.Many government/privately-funded programs and extended health insurance plans provide coverage for speech-language pathology services, although coverage varies by program, provider, and policy.

How do payment and billing work?

Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept e-transfer, debit, and major credit cards. We also offer direct billing to many government funding programs, private funders,  and extended health insurance providers where available. If direct billing is not available or your plan does not allow it, a detailed receipt will be provided for you to submit for reimbursement.
